Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting proposals for vehicle marshalling services to support its Fleet Program Office. This solicitation aims to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in Medford, Oregon. The services encompass the receipt, inspection, preparation, and assignment/termination of new, exchange, or reassigned government-owned or leased vehicles. The BPA will have a 12-month base period, with three subsequent 12-month option periods. The estimated total number of vehicles to be marshalled over the contract period is 577. The contract is subject to the Service Contract Act, with DOL Wage Determination 2015-5571 REV 28 applying. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and self-certify their eligibility. The GSA intends to award a single BPA based on best value, considering price and facility qualifications. A site visit may be required for vendors whose pricing is deemed fair and reasonable.
