Description
This solicitation is for commercial services for Medical Gas System Testing, Inspection, and Maintenance for the Roseburg VA Medical Center in Roseburg, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all required inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs, and emergency services on the medical gas delivery system and equipment. This includes ensuring compliance with current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)-99, Compressed Gas Association (CGA), and The Joint Commission standards. The contract will also include annual and semi-annual maintenance for medical air and vacuum systems. Contractors must be certified by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE) and possess a current and valid ASSE Medical Gas Verifier 6030 certification. Testing equipment must be calibrated and adhere to NIST standards. The estimated period of performance is from July 3, 2026, to July 2, 2027.
