Description
This solicitation is for professional services to create wildfire defensible space around the Dexter Service Building in Lowell, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform tree removal, debris disposal, stump treatment, herbicide application, and fire resilience measures. Services include removing designated trees that pose a hazard to the building's infrastructure, disposing of debris in accordance with regulations, treating stumps to prevent regrowth, and implementing fire resilience measures to reduce wildfire risk. The work is to be completed within 90 days after award, weather permitting and in accordance with Industrial Fire Precaution Levels for Oregon Department of Forestry. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period from July 13, 2026, to October 11, 2026.
