This solicitation is for comprehensive toilet pumping services throughout the Fremont-Winema National Forest. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals. Services include pumping, wash down, recharging, cleanup, disinfection, and proper disposal of all waste products removed from toilets, in strict accordance with state and federal regulations.
