Description
River City Construction, L.L.C. is seeking qualified small, disadvantaged, minority, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and veteran-owned businesses for subcontracting opportunities associated with replacing the HVAC system at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Waggoner Building. The identified scopes include metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; HVAC; and electrical work. Interested businesses must contact Brock Bursott in writing by certified letter with return receipt requested to discuss subcontracting opportunities. Negotiations must be completed before the bid opening on September 29, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.
