Description
The County seeks recurring janitorial services, cleaning supplies, and on-demand cleaning across facilities used by multiple County departments. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies; perform scheduled cleaning at the locations and frequencies in Attachment B; and price all listed locations and services. On-demand work includes emergency cleaning, extra scheduled cleaning, floor and carpet care, day porter services, event-related cleaning, and other specified tasks. The scope includes medical and behavioral health facilities, with additional cleaning, training, and personnel requirements for those sites. Proposers must complete the County-provided pricing worksheets for janitorial services, supplies, and on-demand services, and submit a proposal describing their qualifications, work history, staffing and transition plans, quality assurance, training, and other required capabilities. The contract has an initial term ending June 30, 2028, with one optional two-year renewal period.
