Description
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen is seeking a qualified automotive service provider for as-required maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs for its fleet of passenger vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, utility vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment. Services include preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, tire services, safety and regulatory inspections, emergency and unscheduled repairs, replacement-parts installation, and coordination of specialized repairs. The provider must supply qualified technicians, tools, equipment, applicable licenses and certifications, and required insurance. Proposals should address service capacity, facilities and resources, scheduling and emergency response, repair estimates and communications, maintenance records and reporting, subcontractor management, health and safety, warranties, and value-added services. Respondents must submit unit pricing and may price additional services such as mobile service, vehicle pickup and delivery, roadside assistance and towing coordination, fleet-management software, electronic service records, loaner vehicles, welding and fabrication, hydraulic repairs, and fleet condition assessments.
