Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Systems Network (VISN) 19, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services. This is a Sources Sought Notice, not a solicitation. The services are intended for homeless Veterans and will involve providing therapeutic rehabilitative services, case management, and coordination with VA clinical staff. The goal is to reduce homelessness among Veterans by engaging them in treatment and rehabilitation programs. The services will be provided at HCHV facilities in Metro Denver (CO), Fort Collins (CO), Bozeman (MT), Kalispell (MT), and Missoula (MT), with an estimated five contracts to be awarded, one per location. The ideal facilities should be centrally located, near public transportation, and close to employment opportunities. The anticipated period of performance is one base year with four option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 624221, Temporary Shelters, with a small business size standard of $13.5 Million. Interested parties are requested to submit a statement of capability outlining their relevant past work, including vendor name, address, contact information, CAGE code, business size, company introduction, teaming arrangements, description of relevant contract experience, current price list, and ability to meet VA requirements. Responses are limited to five single-sided, 12-point font, 8 1/2 x 11-inch pages and must be submitted in UNCLASSIFIED format.
