Description
The federal Judiciary is seeking providers to offer substance use, mental health, and sex offender treatment services within the Savannah, Georgia catchment area, which includes Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan counties. This solicitation aims to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for these services. Providers must have a physical treatment location within the specified catchment area and meet all technical requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on initial offers, with an emphasis on the lowest cost and technical standpoint, and no modifications will be allowed after submission. The BPA will have a term of twelve (12) months, with the potential for four (4) additional twelve (12) month extensions, not to exceed a total of 60 months. Services include Sex Offense Evaluation and Sex Offense Individual and Group Counseling, with extended hours available one night per week until 7:00 p.m. or on Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
