Description
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for clinically managed low-intensity residential treatment services. The contractor will provide American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level 3.1 treatment for 90-day episodes to male offenders. Services must be provided at the contractor's facilities located within the metropolitan Washington D.C. area and must be certified by the District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). The anticipated contract will be for a total of 5 years, consisting of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
