Description
The Nanaimo Regional General Hospital Chiller Optimization Project involves reconfiguring existing heating, cooling, and energy recovery systems through implementation of a Thermal Gradient Header. The general contractor will revise the existing central plant hydronic piping, install new pumps serving the reconfigured systems, and install two new heat recovery chillers. The project also includes upgrades to the central plant electrical infrastructure to support additional mechanical loads, including new Normal and Delayed Vital panels and associated electrical distribution.
