NOTICE TO BIDDERS Saddle Mountain Unified School District is seeking proposals in response to SMUSD_RFP27001 for Wastewater Treatment Services. All solicitation related documents are found electronically at https://sunnypathassoc.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. There will be a Mandatory Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference held on October 6, 2026 at 10:00am MST. See solicitation documents for details. Proposals are due on October 20, 2026 no later than 10:00am MST. Proposals will be opened, and the name of each Offeror will be publicly read. Description
Saddle Mountain Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide monthly wastewater treatment system inspections, sampling, testing, monitoring, chemical analysis, operational review, reporting, and regulatory compliance services at Winters' Well Elementary School and Ruth Fisher Middle School/Tonopah Valley High School. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, equipment, testing materials, laboratory coordination, documentation, and emergency or corrective-action support; maintain required licenses and certifications; and comply with applicable Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, permit, and other regulatory requirements. The scope includes transition and start-up services, monthly inspection and testing, laboratory coordination, compliance reporting, identification and correction of deficiencies, emergency notifications, and continuity of service from the incumbent provider. The contract is for one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, questionnaire, cost form, required signed forms, and applicable amendments, and must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
