Description
The Town of Yorktown is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and disposal of dewatered sludge generated at the Yorktown Heights Water Pollution Control Plant. Specifications and standard proposal forms are available from the Town Clerk's office and through the Town's designated procurement websites. Bids must be submitted by mail or personal delivery to the Town Clerk at Town Hall by the stated deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the water pollution control plant, and bidders may not withdraw their bids for 60 days after bid opening.
