Description
The City of Bridgeport is soliciting lump-sum bids to furnish and install a complete security-camera system at St. Mark's Daycare Center. The scope includes five exterior Reolink P347 12MP PoE cameras, 38 indoor Reolink P347 12MP IP/PoE cameras, mounting hardware, cabling, connectors, weatherproofing, PoE equipment, programming, sun/rain covers, and related accessories. The contractor must also provide and install UPS equipment for the security system and network equipment, one 32-inch UHD 4K surveillance monitor, four boxes of CAT6 Ethernet cable with terminations and testing, and all bandwidth-supporting accessories. Work includes removal of existing cameras, site preparation, camera layout and installation planning, configuration for recording, motion/person/vehicle detection, time synchronization and remote access, labeling, testing, commissioning, documentation, owner training, cleanup, permits and inspections. The contractor must comply with Connecticut building and prevailing-wage requirements, provide required certifications and insurance, and self-perform at least 30% of the labor unless granted a written waiver.
