Request for Qualifications 2027-1 Design Services Dracut Historic Society/Harmony Hall The Town of Dracut, acting through its Permanent Building Committee (PBC), invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Design services, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7c, §§ 44-58, for the Dracut Historical Society and Museum, (Oliver Coburn Farmhouse 1780), and Harvey J. Gagnon Harmony Hall, located at 1660 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826.The fee for this contract is not to exceed $50,000.00. The RFQ is available as of September 2, 2026, at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx. There is an optional, but encouraged, site visit scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 9AM at 1660 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA. Submission will be accepted at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, 2nd Fl, Dracut, MA 01826 by September 30, 2026 11AM. The Town of Dracut reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, accept or reject any and all submission and waive minor informalities. Description
The Town of Dracut, acting through its Permanent Building Committee, is requesting qualifications from design professionals to provide design services in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws for the Dracut Historical Society and Museum, including the Oliver Coburn Farmhouse (1780), and Harvey J. Gagnon Harmony Hall. The contract fee will not exceed $50,000. An optional but encouraged site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Submissions must be delivered to Dracut Town Hall by September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The notice does not identify specific proposal contents or required forms.
