Description
The Borough of New Providence is soliciting proposals from firms experienced in providing bus transportation for full-day and partial-day recreation trips during calendar years 2027 and 2028. Services may include transportation to varying destinations and must comply with applicable cleaning, sanitizing, health, executive-order, and legal requirements in effect during the contract term. The requested vehicle is an air-conditioned coach bus accommodating 45 passengers comfortably and equipped with a bathroom and TV/DVD player. Respondents must provide experience and qualifications, personnel information, similar engagements from the past five years with references, a narrative addressing the Borough's needs, and a financial proposal quoting listed trips for 2027 and 2028. The proposal package also requires several completed certifications, disclosures, affidavits, business-registration documentation, and a W-9.
