Description
The Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety is soliciting an electronic quote for a new, full-size, ADA-compliant motorcoach with approximately 54 to 56 passenger seats. The contractor must provide a dedicated, qualified full-time driver; statewide transportation for highway-safety campaigns and events; vehicle maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and safety readiness; transportation of personnel, participants, and approved equipment; and 24-hour, seven-day-a-week dispatch and emergency support. The motorcoach must support weekday, weekend, single-day, and multi-day assignments, including overnight travel, and must accommodate child passenger safety seats and related equipment. The contractor must also provide GOHS-approved exterior graphics and full or partial vehicle wraps, including professional installation, removal, and replacement for subsequent campaigns. The proposal must include pricing through the provided cost worksheet and a quote describing the proposed motorcoach's dimensions, features, amenities, photographs, year, make, model, and seating capacity. Fleet-management and safety-monitoring technology is required. The initial contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options, and no minimum volume or funding is guaranteed.
