Description
Brazosport Independent School District is soliciting proposals for district-wide passenger charter bus services, including standard 38–42-passenger and 47–52-passenger buses, additional-hour and mileage charges, overnight charges, cancellation fees, and ADA-compliant transportation for physically impaired passengers. Vendors must identify accessibility features such as wheelchair lifts, securement systems, designated wheelchair spaces, and other accommodations, and provide equipment details, a preventative maintenance program, a current DOT MCS-90B, and an updated certificate of liability insurance. Responses must include the required certifications, references from school district or governmental clients, equipment information, maintenance-program description, Form 1295, and other requested supplier information. Pricing is requested for hourly, daily, mileage, deadhead, overnight, minimum-trip, and cancellation charges through the electronic bidding system.
