PUBLIC NOTICE - - - ADVERTISEMENT TO INVITATION TO BID CITY OF NEW ORLEANS SPONSORING DEPARTMENT: Sanitation TITLE: Supplement Equipment with Operator for Special Events - Passenger Buses SOURCING EVENT NO.: 4757 TYPE OF SOLICITATION: NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DBE OPPORTUNITY: YES (35%) RELEASED ON: August 26, 2026 DEADLINE TO RESPOND: September 16, 2026 PRE-BID CONFERENCE: September 2, 2026 Dates are subject to changes via an addendum posted by the Bureau of Purchasing on the Citys supplier portal. If this solicitation is federally funded, prospective bidder/respondent must pay particular attention to all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and the State of Louisiana. The Bureau of Purchasing uses commodity codes to notify suppliers of the release of a sourcing event and subsequent modifications via addendum.
