Description
The Department of War Education Activity is conducting market research for full daily commute student bus transportation services supporting the Baumholder Military Community in Germany. The prospective contractor would provide all personnel, including drivers, safety attendants, supervision, services, supplies, vehicles, and other equipment necessary to perform the work in accordance with Department of War Education Activity and host-nation requirements. The draft requirement includes daily student transportation, curricular and co-curricular transportation, safety-attendant services, driver training, and student safety training. This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only, not a solicitation or formal request for proposals, bids, or quotations. Respondents must submit a Statement of Interest, a capability statement of no more than three pages addressing company information, CAGE/NCAGE code, Unique Entity ID, business size and socioeconomic status, and relevant past performance, plus a non-binding rough-order-of-magnitude estimate using Attachment 1. The draft period of performance begins August 1, 2027, and the draft pricing workbook covers a base school year, four option school years, and a potential additional six-month service period.
