Description
The Association of Bay Area Governments is seeking qualified firms to implement BayREN's Climate Careers workforce, education, and training program and provide regional marketing. The scope includes program coordination and reporting, youth recruitment, skills and professional-development training, internships, employment pathways, residential and renter services, customer education, referrals, and innovative pilot activities serving renters and youth career readiness. The selected consultant will implement the workforce program while MTC–ABAG retains program-lead management. The consultant must establish an electronic customer relationship management system and data-exchange protocols, jointly define data elements and transfer methods with BayREN, provide disaggregated county reporting, and maintain industry-standard security with encryption at rest and in transit. Pilot budgets are to be proposed; the stated $2.8 million budget is expected to cover pilot proposals, with possible additional funding. Appendix B-3, Deviation of Rates, is not required and should be disregarded.
