Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a mobile stage for their outdoor recreation program located on Marina Bay Drive, MacDill AFB, Florida. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and personnel to deliver a purchased stage in accordance with the Statement of Work. The stage must have a one-person push-button setup, a self-contained electric/hydraulic operations system, locking mechanical compartment, an angled roof canopy extending beyond the stage deck, canopy-mounted LED stage lighting, and backup canopy safety up-lock. It should also feature same-length folding and fixed stage decks with standard dimensions (14' depth, 24'-28' width, 30"-36" height), rugged FRP weather-resistant roof and wall panels, fast-level foldout deck truss, enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails, a rugged equalizer suspension, dual 18" steel beams frame, corner leveling jacks, mid-frame jacks for extra support, an electric system with a 125-amp breaker panel, and a canopy that closes quickly for weather or security. The vendor must provide any included warranty and service plans, with only a walk-through of the equipment upon delivery required. Delivery is FOB destination, with a requested lead time of no later than 60 days ARO. The delivery address will be provided after award.
