Description
York County is soliciting bids for construction of a mast arm and a “Clanker” warning system at the bridge carrying the Heritage Trail across SR 0214 in Seven Valleys Borough. The work is classified under public safety and control, signage and accessories, and electrical system services. Bids must include the required bid security, non-collusion affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, certifications concerning non-segregated facilities and illegal alien labor, and equal employment opportunity. The bidder must also complete the Bidder Acknowledgements questionnaire and Pricing Section bid table using the provided response templates. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and applicable public-works employment-verification requirements.
