The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 3,058 to 3,200 ABOA square feet of office space in York, Pennsylvania. The space must be contiguous on a single floor, located on the second floor or above, and not in the same building as a daycare center or foreign government offices. Four reserved, secured parking spaces must be available on site or within one block. Agency personnel require 24/7 unrestricted access to the space and parking. The lease term is 15 years with a firm term of 10 years and one 5-year renewal option. The space must meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and must not be in a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. A fully serviced lease is required. The offered space will require a tenant improvement allowance of $63.23 per ABOA SF, a building-specific amortized capital allowance of $12.00 per ABOA SF, and up to $250.38 per ABOA SF for additional tenant improvement buildout. Buildings are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. Interested parties must submit an expression of interest including building name and address, scale drawings, floor plans, square footage and rental rates, parking plan, and owner authorization.
