The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is soliciting an Aspen Truck Model Aspen B-32 or equivalent underbridge inspection vehicle equipped with a basket and operated by a qualified operator to facilitate inspection of the Indian Rock Dam Spillway Bridge. The contractor must include mobilization, demobilization, travel, and all other expenses related to the service in its price.
