Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District requires a contractor to perform herbicide services for the OPF-S IRD/Codorus Creek requirement. The contractor is responsible for all planning, herbicide selection, programming, administration, and management necessary to achieve a 100% target kill rate in accordance with the contract and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and directives. The scope also includes procurement and supply of herbicides, quality control, work scheduling, financial control, and maintenance of accurate and complete records and files.
