Description
Butte County is soliciting bids for two HPE host server bundles, with each bundle consisting of four servers, for a total of eight servers. The specified configuration includes HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 servers, Intel Xeon Gold processors, memory, riser and Ethernet adapters, Fibre Channel host bus adapters and transceivers, NVMe boot devices, power supplies, rails, power cords, and iLO Advanced licensing. All components must be original HPE parts with matching firmware baselines where applicable, and no substitutions or alternatives will be accepted. The equipment must be refurbished or renewed, fully tested, meet manufacturer standards, and be eligible for three-year operational support. The bid must include pricing for each item, a signed bid form, Specification A Price Sheet, a firm delivery date, and a description of recycled-material use. Shipping must be included on an FOB-delivered basis, and product warranties, maintenance, and support must be registered directly to Butte County.
