Description
Pasco County is seeking a supplier for as-needed enterprise computer hardware and related services. Required products include desktop computers, laptops, semi-rugged laptops, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, and associated peripherals, with configurations based on specified processor, memory, storage, graphics, connectivity, and operating-system requirements. Acceptable manufacturers include HP, Dell, and Lenovo, with equivalent substitutions subject to County approval. Pricing must cover all listed configurations and include shipping, product documentation, four-year next-business-day on-site maintenance, extended battery service where specified, warranties, replacement equipment, compatibility support, and delivery generally within 14 calendar days after receipt of order. The contract is a requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities, an initial period through September 30, 2027, and two additional one-year extension options. The County intends to make a single award but may make multiple awards if in its best interest.
