Submission Instructions
Description
The Barbados Statistical Service is seeking 25 business-class laptops, with Lenovo preferred, and 25 laptop backpacks. Preferred laptop specifications include a 12th-generation-or-newer Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM, at least a 512 GB NVMe SSD, a 15.6-inch screen, Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi, USB-A and USB-C ports with charging and docking support, Ethernet, HDMI, a webcam with privacy shutter, and a battery of 55 Wh or higher where available. A three-year warranty is preferred. Vendors must provide warranty conditions, maintenance agreement terms, payment terms, service terms and conditions, and delivery timeframe. The submission must include a signed Form of Quotation, Applicant's Bid Submission Form, Detailed Proposal, and Product Specs. Optional supporting documents include business registration, a Barbados Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate, a National Insurance and Social Security Service clearance certificate, and a Certificate of Good Standing from Business Barbados. Required files must be uploaded as PDFs through the Government of Barbados e-Procurement Portal, and vendors must register before submitting.
