Description
The United Nations Development Programme Nepal Country Office is seeking a long-term agreement for the supply and delivery of IT equipment in two lots. Lot 1 includes 25 Ultra 5 laptops, 50 Ultra 7 laptops, 75 laptop accessory sets, 20 Ultra 5 desktop computers, 20 Ultra 7 desktop computers, and 40 line-interactive UPS units. Lot 2 includes color and black-and-white laser desktop printers and multifunction printers with automatic document feeders, with 10 units of each printer type. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications, include required accessories, and carry specified warranties. Bidders must submit completed technical and financial offers, compliance information, product specifications or brochures, company and financial documentation, relevant experience, performance certificates, applicable quality and environmental certifications, manufacturer authorization or reseller documentation, warranty information, and other organizational policies. The contract is expected to be awarded as a purchase order contract or long-term agreement, with delivery required within four to six weeks after purchase-order or contract signature and evaluation based on the lowest substantially compliant offer for each lot.
