Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking quotations for the supply of three laptops, three printers with scanners, ten specified mobile phones, one 5-kilogram electronic scale, and one 30-kilogram weighing scale. The equipment must meet the stated technical specifications, including Windows compatibility and USB connectivity for the scanners and scales where specified. The laptops, printers, and scales require a minimum one-year warranty; delivery is required within 15 days of the purchase order under DDP Incoterms 2020. Bidders must submit a company profile, registration certificate, recent project references, technical compliance information, a completed quotation submission form, bidder declarations, and a completed technical and financial offer. The quotation must be submitted through the Quantum supplier portal, with attachments in PDF format and clearly named files. The evaluation will consider substantial compliance, contract terms, after-sales service, and delivery lead time; award is expected to be through a purchase order to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
