Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotations for a broad range of subsistence supplies for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The requirements include dry and canned foods, rice and pasta, flour and cereal, condiments, fruits and vegetables, spices, sauces, oils, dairy products, frozen and fresh meat and poultry, fish, cheese, beverages, and related food-service supplies such as disposable head covers, sporks, gloves, sanitizer, buckets, and wax sandwich bags. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the National Menu Specifications quote sheet. This is a total small-business set-aside with anticipated multiple awards based on pricing by line item. Products must comply with the stated USDA, FDA, FSIS, packaging, labeling, temperature, country-of-origin, and other applicable requirements; substitutions are not accepted. Past performance is evaluated on a go/no-go basis for delivery timeliness and order accuracy/completeness. Delivery is required during the specified October 1–15, 2026 period, with strict receiving, palletization, marking, temperature-control, inspection, and rejection requirements.
