Description
The School Town of Munster is inviting bids from pre-qualified general contractors for complete construction under one general contract, including all trades specified in the drawings and project manual. The work includes a gymnasium, weight room, locker rooms, toilet rooms, board room, offices, associated site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. At Wilbur Wright Middle School, the project includes new parking lots and a playground, replacement of an emergency generator and water cooling towers, and associated site, mechanical, and electrical work. At the Administration Center, the work includes building demolition and associated site work. Bidders are responsible for purchasing complete printed sets or complete downloads of the bid documents.
