Description
The Town of Highland is seeking a contractor to remove and dispose of disaster debris generated by severe storms and to provide related response services for future disaster events. The solicitation requests a technical proposal addressing contractor capacity, experience, and work plan, along with a cost proposal completed through the online bid table. Proposers must identify any subcontractors, provide three references, submit bid security of at least 5% of the contract amount, and demonstrate the ability to provide a 100% performance bond if awarded. Required confirmations include non-collusion, lobbying, affirmative subcontracting steps, debarment status, conflict of interest, and drug-free workplace compliance; a drug-free workplace policy must also be uploaded.
