Description
The City of Lake Station is soliciting proposals from experienced contractors to provide disaster debris monitoring services related to recovery from severe storms in August 2026 and to support responses to future disaster events. The requested work includes contractor capacity, relevant experience, and a work plan, with subcontractor information required if subcontractors will be used. Proposers must submit a technical proposal, a cost proposal using the online bid table, three references with agency, project, location, year, and contact information, required declarations and certifications, and a contractor Drug-Free Workplace Policy. The portal also permits optional alternate or supplemental documentation. Required confirmations address non-collusion, lobbying, affirmative steps for subcontractors, debarment and suspension, conflicts of interest, and drug-free workplace compliance.
