Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is soliciting bids for an agency-specific three-year term contract to furnish and deliver letter-size, tabbed Manila file folders. The folders must be 8.5 by 11 inches, have a center guide height, and meet or exceed the identified Pendaflex 75225RE/Smead 10385 specifications or a functional equivalent. The estimated three-year quantity is 10,800 cartons, with 100 folders per carton; the estimated initial order is 1,200 cartons, and the vendor must be able to provide at least 3,600 cartons per year. Rubber or plastic banding is acceptable, while metal banding is restricted. The vendor must provide FOB-destination delivery to the NC Department of Adult Correction Central Supply Warehouse at 200 Leagan Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603, generally within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of each purchase order. The bid must include pricing, product literature and certifications, manufacturer authorization, the manufacturer's standard warranty, at least three customer references, and the specified completed attachments and vendor responses. The State intends to award a contract to a single vendor for all line items. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Content Section of the Ariba Sourcing Event by October 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
