Description
Macomb Community College is seeking quotes for 4,000 reams of white #20 bond paper, with 500 sheets per ream and dimensions of 8.5 by 11 inches. Pricing must include delivery, with quoted prices based on FOB Warren, Michigan, unless otherwise stated. Respondents must submit the completed RFQ price sheet, a signed contact form, and a formal vendor quote matching the listed line item. Alternate proposals may be considered only when a bid meeting the stated specifications is also submitted. Paper overruns and underruns may not exceed 10 percent unless otherwise stated, and samples are required when quoting substitute materials.
