Description
The Société québécoise des infrastructures is soliciting construction work for curtain walls, fenestration, glazing, and automatic aluminum doors as part of an operating-room and day-surgery expansion and renovation project. The work must be completed within 82 weeks from the contractually specified start or written authorization. The notice estimates a 19-month contract period and gives a probable work start window of January 4 to February 4, 2027. Bidders must hold the required construction qualifications and licenses, maintain a permanent business establishment in Quebec or an eligible trade-agreement territory, and meet the stated Canadian construction-work and materials requirements. At least 15% of the value of supplied materials and equipment must be Quebecois or otherwise Canadian. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount is required; acceptable forms depend on whether the bid is submitted on paper or electronically.
