Description
The State seeks vendors to provide window blinds, shades, and accessories, including furnishing and installation, on-site repairs, and removal of existing treatments and debris. Vendors must provide materials and labor pricing, including discounts off manufacturers’ list prices, installation rates for normal and after-hours work, repair rates, and service-call charges. The State may also purchase products without installation, and may make multiple awards. Products must be new, meet applicable fire and window-covering standards, and include a minimum two-year manufacturer’s warranty covering materials, workmanship, performance, and labor for warranty work. Vendors must provide manufacturer catalogs and price lists at no charge. The proposal package calls for a vendor qualification assessment, RI contractor registration information, a description of relevant experience, three references, two pricing schedules, an MBE participation acknowledgment, a supplemental bidder attestation, and a prevailing-wage addendum.
