Description
The Centre de services scolaire de l’Énergie is seeking bids for a project to replace windows at École La Chrysalide. The solicitation requires a bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount, provided as a certified cheque or bid bond, valid for 45 days after bid opening. At contract signing, the bid security must be exchanged for performance and labor, materials, and services obligations security. Each of those securities must equal 50% of the contract price if provided as a bond, or 10% if provided as a certified cheque. Eligible bidders must have their principal place of business in Quebec and hold any required building-contractor license. The stated contract period is five months.
