Description
The City seeks a contractor to remove and replace exterior glazing in existing aluminum storefront frames, curtain walls, and framed entrances at the airport terminal. The base work includes replacement gaskets, sealants, and related accessories; security glazing film at the Customs and Border Protection office; perimeter sealant and backer rod replacement; and protection of existing artwork. Three alternates cover replacement manual roller shades in designated areas and repainting lobby gypsum board. The solicitation requires a bid bond equal to 5% of the proposal and a Small Business Enterprise utilization commitment of 30%.
