Description
The State of Georgia, on behalf of the City of Albany, is soliciting bids for a comprehensive project that includes the replacement of the roof at the community policing center and the installation of specialized drone infrastructure. The scope of work involves preparing the existing substrate, installing a high-durability 60-Mil Fleece Back TPO roof recovery system with a 20-year warranty, and constructing three standard 4-foot by 4-foot concrete mounting pads (approximately 48 inches wide, 48 inches long, and 4 inches thick) for future autonomous drone docking enclosures. The chosen responsible bidder will need to verify that the roofing substrate will support the additional weight of the concrete pads and drone pods, as engineered drawings for the roof substrate are not provided. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and logistics required to deliver a complete structural and weatherproof solution.
