Tift County Schools is soliciting proposals for Construction Management at Risk (CM) services for the renovations and modifications to Annie Belle Clark Elementary School. Interested parties can request specifications by contacting Mr. Klinton Guess, Department Superintendent of Business Operations, at Tift County Schools, 506 W. 12th Street, Tifton, GA 31794, or by phone at 229-387-2400, or via email at klinton.guess@tiftschools.com. Tift County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled opening time and will not be considered if received after the specified deadline. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Renovations & Modifications to Annie Belle Clark Elementary School" to Allen Martin at Tift County Schools, 506 W. 12th Street, Tifton, GA. 31794.
