Description
The Town of Iron City, Georgia is soliciting bids for the FY 2025 GTIB Resurfacing Project Phase 1. This project involves the resurfacing of approximately 0.4 miles of roadway and associated measures for complete project construction. The estimated time for substantial completion is 30 consecutive calendar days, with final completion and close-out required within 45 consecutive calendar days. Bidding documents can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C. for a non-refundable fee of $300.00. Prospective bidders can also examine the documents at the Town of Iron City or Watkins & Associates, LLC during business hours. The work will be awarded as a single contract and is funded by a grant from the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank.
