Description
The City of Thomasville, Georgia is soliciting bids for the 2026 West Remington Stormwater Improvements project. This project involves the removal of existing curb and gutter, stormwater main, and stormwater inlets, followed by the installation of new curb and gutter, a 24-inch stormwater main, inlets, and asphalt replacement. The scope also includes other necessary work to complete the stormwater improvements as detailed in the specifications and referenced plans. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Georgia, and subcontractors must also be licensed in Georgia. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for at least 10% of the bid amount. Upon award, the contractor will be required to submit separate Payment and Performance Bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Bids must be clearly marked "2026 WEST REMINGTON STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS" and delivered by the specified deadline.
