Description
This project involves site improvements at Cook Primary School, including demolition, grading, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and base, seal coating and striping, and landscaping to create additional vehicle staging areas. Bids are being received for a General Contract covering all trades. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance acceptable to the Owner. The estimated start date for the work is July 14, 2026, with completion required before December 31, 2026. Onsite work must accommodate daily traffic and parking for parents and students.
