Description
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the replacement of the HVAC system at the Judicial Building located at 225 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing chiller and the installation of a new 325-ton Trane or York chiller. The scope of work encompasses all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment for a complete and operational HVAC system. Bidders are responsible for site visits and familiarizing themselves with local conditions. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
