Description
The City of Thomasville, Georgia is soliciting bids for the 2026 West Remington Stormwater Improvements project. This project involves the removal of existing curb and gutter, stormwater main, and stormwater inlets, followed by the installation of new curb and gutter, a 24-inch stormwater main, inlets, and asphalt replacement. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project as described in the specifications and plans. Bidders must be licensed utility contractors in the State of Georgia, and any subcontractors must also hold the appropriate Georgia state licenses. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount. Upon award, the selected bidder will be required to submit separate Payment and Performance Bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. The City of Thomasville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
