This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) purchase order for preventative and corrective maintenance services on Trane cooling and heating units and Bry-Air ECP Dry Dehumidifier units at DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG). The scope of work includes scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and on-call corrective maintenance (CM) for the specified equipment. PM services are to be performed quarterly for the four Trane units and four Bry-Air units, adhering to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Corrective maintenance involves diagnosing and restoring equipment to normal operating condition, with repairs beginning only after COR approval. The contract period includes a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. Key tasks for maintenance include changing air filters, belts, and drive bearings; cleaning coils, drain lines, and pans; testing pressures and temperatures; and inspecting electrical connections for the Bry-Air units. For Trane units, tasks include recording operating data, calibrating controls, checking motors and starters, lubricating components, and inspecting filters and coils. Replacement parts for corrective maintenance will be reimbursed at actual cost, with estimated amounts provided for both Trane and Bry-Air units.
