Description
Decatur County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of geosynthetic liner components for the construction of approximately 15.8-acre MSW Cell 6 at the Decatur County Solid Waste Facility. Suppliers must provide pricing for one, multiple, or all material line items, and the owner reserves the right to award contracts for all materials, by material group, or on an individual line-item basis. Quantities are estimated for bidding purposes, and suppliers must provide unit prices valid for reasonable quantity increases or decreases up to 10%. The owner also reserves the right to purchase additional quantities at bid unit prices for 60 days after initial delivery. Bidders must have demonstrated past experience with similar projects, and proposals must include an itemized cost estimate for each material, manufacturer qualifications, an example material warranty, and a delivery schedule. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to deliver materials to the site, and payment will be made Net 45 days from the later of delivery, receipt of invoice, required certifications, and engineer confirmation. The owner is a sales tax-exempt entity.
